Manhattan Wedding Band

Live wedding music for Manhattan's ballrooms, clubs and towers, from the team that has performed at the Rainbow Room, The Plaza and The Pierre.

Inquire About Your Date

Manhattan weddings happen in rooms with history and house rules: Gilded Age clubs off Fifth Avenue, a ballroom 65 floors above Rockefeller Center, tiled vaults under the Queensboro Bridge, an event space on the 102nd floor of One World Trade Center. Our dedicated New York team has spent more than twelve years playing New York weddings, and these are rooms we have performed in. We know how each building handles load-in, what its sound limits are and what its staff expect.

The full band runs 7 to 11 pieces, fully live, and moves from song to song on in-ear monitors the way a DJ would. Gabby and Eddie emcee, plan your timeline with you before the day and confirm it with your planner on the night. The same team plays the city's galas and company events; see our corporate page.

Planning a wedding in Manhattan

Freight elevators and loading docks

Most Manhattan venues bring a band in through a loading dock or a freight elevator, often at a booked time. We plan around each building's rules, and our sound engineer is on site two hours early so the gear is set before your guests arrive.

Volume limits and hard stops

Some buildings limit volume or set a firm end time for amplified music. Ask your venue for its rules early, and we will plan the night inside them.

A night across several rooms

Several of these venues split the evening across rooms: cocktails in the Gallery before the Rainbow Room, or a ceremony in the Pierre's Cotillion Room before the Grand Ballroom. One complimentary musician for the ceremony and cocktail hour comes with every package, so each room has live music while the full band waits in the next.

"THE BEST EVER. Not only are Gabby and Eddie so easy to work with, they are extremely talented and fun. It has been two weeks since our wedding and guests are still contacting us about the band. They did not stop playing once, and the dance floor was more crowded than any other wedding, all thanks to their energy, talent, and perfect song choices."
