White Plains Wedding Band

A live wedding band for White Plains, Purchase, Harrison and Elmsford, from a downtown hotel ballroom to a castle on a college campus.

Inquire About Your Date

White Plains is Westchester's county seat, and its wedding venues mix city and country. Within a few miles you can marry in a restored mansion on North Broadway, a Victorian house on five acres of gardens, a hotel ballroom a short walk from the train, a castle on the Manhattanville campus in Purchase, or a golf club in Elmsford that has held its ground since 1894.

White Plains sits inside our New York team's Westchester territory, so most locations here carry no out-of-town travel fees. We bring more than twelve years of New York weddings to every booking, and every night runs the same way: fully live, built around your music, with an emcee who already knows your timeline.

Wedding venues around White Plains

Venues in and around White Plains, from downtown to Purchase and Elmsford:

Mansion on Broadway

White Plains

A historic estate on North Broadway, restored from top to bottom, with a ballroom under a three-tier crystal chandelier, a grand foyer staircase, a garden courtyard and a private bridal suite. It hosts one event at a time.

C.V. Rich Mansion

White Plains

A turn-of-the-century Victorian home on five acres on Ridgeway, run by Caperberry Events, with a ballroom, a library with a fireplace and a sunroom over the gardens. Couples can book the whole property, the house and garden, or the ballroom alone.

The Opus Westchester

White Plains

An Autograph Collection hotel at Renaissance Square, within walking distance of the White Plains train station. The Opus Ballroom takes up to 350 guests for dinner and dancing, and Kanopi, on the 42nd and 43rd floors, looks out over the city.

Reid Castle

Purchase

A National Historic Landmark on the Manhattanville campus. Couples get exclusive use of the first-floor rooms, the garden terraces and the patio, with one reception a day and ceremonies in spaces such as the O'Byrne Chapel.

Knollwood Country Club

Elmsford

Founded in 1894, and by its own account the oldest 19-hole private course in the country still on its original ground. Receptions use the Main Dining Room, with windows on three sides over the course, and the terrace beside it.

Planning a wedding in White Plains

A walk from the train

The White Plains station is a stop on Metro-North's Harlem Line, and The Opus sits within walking distance of it, which makes a downtown reception easy for guests coming up from the city. Anyone who books a room at the hotel ends the night an elevator ride from the party.

The whole house to yourselves

Mansion on Broadway hosts a single event at a time, and Reid Castle books one reception a day. You get every room in the house, and the timeline has no second wedding to work around.

Sizing the band to the room

A ballroom like The Opus, built for 350 at dinner, suits a bigger lineup with horns. A house wedding at C.V. Rich or Reid Castle may call for the core seven-piece, with Eddie and Gabby as a duo for cocktails in the library or on the terrace.

"THE BEST EVER. Not only are Gabby and Eddie so easy to work with, they are extremely talented and fun. It has been two weeks since our wedding and guests are still contacting us about the band. They did not stop playing once, and the dance floor was more crowded than any other wedding, all thanks to their energy, talent, and perfect song choices."

White Plains wedding band questions

How long has your team been playing New York weddings?

More than twelve years. Our New York team is a dedicated one, and over that time it has built relationships with the venues, coordinators and vendors that weddings here depend on.

Our venue is a historic house with stairs and narrow doors. Can the band manage?

Yes. Tell us about the doors, stairs and any elevator when you book, and we plan the load-in around them. Our sound engineer is on site two hours before the event, so the gear is in place before your guests arrive.

Do you need our special dances in advance?

Yes, on your Music Form, along with your must-play songs. Gabby or Eddie then confirms the order of the dances and announcements with your planner before the reception.
