South Hills Wedding Band

A live wedding band for Pittsburgh's South Hills, from Mt. Lebanon and Bethel Park out to Canonsburg and Southpointe, in our home market.

Inquire About Your Date

Pittsburgh's South Hills start at the far end of the Liberty Tunnel and run south through Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair to Canonsburg and the Southpointe business park. Weddings out here fill family-run banquet halls, golf clubs and newer event spaces, many of them built for guest lists in the hundreds.

Pittsburgh is one of our two home markets, alongside New York. Downtown we have performed at The Pennsylvanian, the Omni William Penn Hotel and the Wintergarden at PPG Place, and the South Hills get the same live band, the same emcees and the same planning.

Halls built for a crowd

Georgetown Centre combines its rooms for up to 400 and Salvatore's seats up to 350, a size where horns earn their place. Add trumpet, trombone, tenor sax, electric violin or a second vocalist to the core seven-piece and the sound grows with the room.

Ceremony and reception under one roof

Salvatore's can hold the ceremony in the same room as the reception or in a separate one, and Bella Sera has indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. One complimentary musician for the ceremony and cocktail hour comes with every package, so the move from vows to party never goes quiet.

Working with the banquet manager

Family-run halls usually have a banquet manager who runs the room on the day. We go over your timeline on a planning call about a month ahead, and one of us sits down with your venue's planner before the reception to confirm every announcement.

"This band was AMAZING. Hands down the highlight of our reception, with everyone on the dance floor all night. They delivered everything we asked for and more. They read the room perfectly, kept the party going, and created an atmosphere our guests are still raving about. Professional, dynamic, and incredibly talented."

South Hills wedding band questions

Is the South Hills part of your home territory?

Yes. Pittsburgh is one of our two home markets, and Eddie and Gabby, who founded You Pick Entertainment, emcee here just as they do in New York.

How do we get started?

Send us your date and venue through the inquiry form, or sketch out your night in the event designer on our site. If the date is open, we hold it while you finalize the details.

Do you play rehearsal dinners and other smaller events?

Yes. Eddie and Gabby as a duo suit smaller private events, from a rehearsal dinner to a milestone birthday, where a full band is more than the moment needs.
