Acrisure Stadium stands on Pittsburgh's North Shore, a few minutes from downtown, and it is home to the Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh Panthers. Its clubs and lounges are also rented for private events: the stadium says it hosts more than 300 events a year, weddings among them, across seven rental spaces.
The two big wedding rooms are the long clubs that run the length of the field. The UPMC Club has windows three stories tall, looking out at the skyline and the North Shore, and seats up to 800 for dinner. The West Club faces Mount Washington and the Ohio River, catches the sunset and seats up to 700.
Smaller parties have their own corners. The PNC Champions Club in the south end zone has a glass wall onto the field, a fireplace bar and a private patio, and the Press Box Dining Room seats a rehearsal dinner where the media sit on game day. The FedEx Great Hall, part museum and part hall of fame, holds the Steelers' six Super Bowl trophies along with lockers and bleachers saved from Three Rivers Stadium.

Planning your night at Acrisure Stadium
Your date follows the schedule
The stadium books weddings no more than a year out, fall dates open only after the Steelers and Pitt release their schedules, usually in April, and summer dates wait for the concert calendar. The moment your date is confirmed, send it to us. If we are open, we hold it while you finish the details.
No haze, no confetti
The stadium rules out smoke, fog, bubbles and anything else that could set off its detectors, and decorations must stand on their own. Our stage lighting runs without haze here, and we confirm where every light and cable goes with your stadium event planner.
Load-in at a secure building
Security staff work every private event, and deliveries are scheduled in advance. We send our crew names, vehicle details and arrival time to the event planner ahead of the day, so the band and our engineer get in on time.
Our sound, their screens
The stadium has its own production team for staging, sound reinforcement, lighting and the video boards. We bring a full PA and our own engineer, and we work with their technician on power, stage position and any scoreboard moments, like your names on the big screen.

DJ Hybrid
A DJ anchors the night while live musicians move through the crowd on saxophone, electric violin, guitar or vocals.

Can our wedding party be introduced like a starting lineup?
Absolutely. Gabby or Eddie emcees every announcement, and we can bring your wedding party in with as much game-day energy as you want. Scoreboard messages and appearances by Steely McBeam or players are requested through the stadium and depend on availability.
Can we hold the ceremony at the stadium too?
Yes, the stadium hosts ceremonies as well as receptions. We can play the ceremony with a soloist or a small ensemble and have the band ready in the club when your guests walk in.
Who caters a stadium wedding?
Aramark, the stadium's exclusive caterer since it opened in 2001, builds the menu with you.
